Refund & Return Policy

Tarot Readings and Digital Services

Because readings and other digital services may be created or delivered specifically for a customer, completed and delivered services are generally nonrefundable. If your purchase was not delivered, was duplicated, or is materially incomplete, contact us within seven days of purchase so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, provide the service again or issue a refund.

Digital Products and Downloads

Digital downloads are generally final once accessed or downloaded. If a file is defective, inaccessible, duplicated, or materially different from its description, contact us within seven days of purchase. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement file or an appropriate refund.

Physical Merchandise

Unless a product listing states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, eligible physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in its original condition with applicable packaging. Contact us before sending a return. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within seven days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item and applicable shipping charges.

Exceptions and Processing

Used items, personalized or custom-made products, and items clearly marked final sale may not be eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Contact us with your order details if you believe a refund or return has been handled incorrectly.

Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

If we offer a subscription or recurring-payment service, the applicable checkout page will disclose the price, billing frequency, included features, and whether the subscription renews automatically.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until you cancel or the subscription otherwise ends.

You may cancel using the cancellation method provided with the subscription or by contacting us at the email address below. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless stated otherwise, access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Partial billing periods are not prorated unless the subscription terms state otherwise or applicable law requires it. If we discontinue a prepaid subscription before the end of its paid period, we will provide an appropriate prorated refund or comparable remedy where required by the applicable terms or law.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows will be shown during checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error; we cannot guarantee that a shipment can be changed after processing begins.

If tracking information is provided, use the carrier's tracking service for updates. If an order is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery area and contact the carrier, then contact us with your order number if the issue remains unresolved.
